Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of bottexts.com (the "Site") and the services offered by ACED AI Solutions Company, a Montana corporation ("BotTexts", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to them.
1. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it: no unlawful use, no attempts to interfere with it, and no automated collection of its contents.
2. Requests, quotes and prices
Information you send through the Site is a request, not an order. Prices, estimates and availability shown on the Site are for guidance; the final price and terms are confirmed when we agree on the work or the service with you.
3. Text message program
Program. BotTexts family alerts: Text messages that an account holder's AI assistant sends through BotTexts to the account holder and the family and friends they add (up to 20 people): daily schedule summaries, appointment and pickup reminders, schedule changes, and replies to questions they text back.
Consent. An account holder adds a family member's mobile number inside BotTexts. That person receives a single text from BotTexts asking them to reply YES to receive messages. No other messages are sent until they reply YES. Account holders opt in to their own texts when they verify their mobile number during sign-up. By opting in you agree to receive automated text messages at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with what your assistant is asked to send; typically 1 to 5 messages per day per person. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
Stopping and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop, HELP for help, and START to rejoin. After you text STOP, we send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. For support, email contact@bottexts.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Privacy. How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Our content
The text, images, logos and design of the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except to share links to the Site.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind regarding the Site and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms and the Site at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
