ACED AI Solutions Company, a Montana corporation ("BotTexts", "we", "us" or "our") operates bottexts.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

What you send us. When you use a form on the Site, call, text or email us, we receive what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number and the details of your request.
Text-message information. If you join our text-message program, we keep your mobile number, the date and time you opted in, the messages exchanged, and any STOP or HELP requests.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the Site running and secure.

2. How we use it

To answer your requests and provide the services you ask for.
To send you confirmations, reminders and updates about those services.
To keep the Site secure and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Text messages

BotTexts family alerts. Text messages that an account holder's AI assistant sends through BotTexts to the account holder and the family and friends they add (up to 20 people): daily schedule summaries, appointment and pickup reminders, schedule changes, and replies to questions they text back.

Opting in. An account holder adds a family member's mobile number inside BotTexts. That person receives a single text from BotTexts asking them to reply YES to receive messages. No other messages are sent until they reply YES. Account holders opt in to their own texts when they verify their mobile number during sign-up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with what your assistant is asked to send; typically 1 to 5 messages per day per person. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop, HELP for help, and START to rejoin. You can also email contact@bottexts.com.

No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile number is shared only with our messaging provider, Telnyx for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you asked for.

4. Service providers

We use trusted companies to host the Site, deliver email and text messages and process requests on our behalf. They receive only the information needed to do that work and may not use it for their own purposes.

5. Cookies

The Site uses only the cookies and browser storage needed to work properly. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Keeping and deleting information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and meet our legal obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing contact@bottexts.com.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS and our providers use industry-standard protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
